FunyDeco designs and manufactures custom decorative and functional items, including but not limited to:
- 3D-printed LED lamps and light fixtures
- Decorative statues and figures
- Custom furniture (tables, chairs, and seating)
- Themed installations for amusement parks, fairs, and entertainment venues
- Custom decorative items and props
Our products are available to all customers — individuals and businesses alike.
4. User Accounts
- Creating an account requires accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspicious, abusive, or illegal activity.
5. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Prices are displayed excluding or including VAT, as applicable under Bulgarian law.
- Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe. FunyDeco does not store or directly process any payment card details.
- Due to the custom-made nature of many of our products, some orders may require a deposit or full payment in advance. This will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.
- Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.
6. Delivery & Inspection
You are responsible for inspecting your order before signing for delivery. No claims for damage or missing items will be accepted after the delivery receipt has been signed.
Before signing, please:
- Check the condition of the packaging.
- Verify that all items are present and undamaged.
- Sign only once you have confirmed the above.
If you notice any issue with your delivery, do not sign — contact us immediately at office@funydeco.com before accepting the shipment.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are made to order or custom-manufactured, standard return rights may be limited in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and EU consumer law.
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Where a product is eligible for return:
- The item must be returned in its original condition within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Claims submitted after the delivery has been signed and accepted will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
